This policy applies to freelance services arranged through owez.in.

No refunds after payment

Once payment has been made for a service, no cancellation or refund will be issued, regardless of project stage.

Discretion

In specific circumstances I may choose to make an exception (partial refund, credit, or adjustment) at my sole discretion. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated case by case.

Before payment

Before any payment is made, you're welcome to discuss scope, timelines, and requirements freely with no obligation.

Booking cancellations

Cancelling or rescheduling a booked call (via Cal.com) does not involve any payment and can be done freely before the call takes place.
